Glico Nutrition co-exhibited with Shanghai Nagase Trading Co., Ltd. at Bakery China 2025 at National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai, China, from May 19 to 22.
We promoted our products "CHEMISTAR SH™" and "GMIX-K1A™".
★CHEMISTAR™ SH : Tapioka starch.
Becomes flexible, soft, viscous and stretchy gel when heated up. Shows high refrigeration resistance and freezing resistance.
★GMIX™-K1A : Pregelatinized modified starch.
Gelatinized with cold water, less likely to become lumpy. Forms a firm gel. Can be used for bakery and fishery paste products.
