Glico entered the global marketplace in 1932. Today, business is being undertaken in 18 bases in Japan, Asia, Europe, and North America.

Japan

Ezaki Glico Co., Ltd., the headquarters of Glico Group, is located in Japan. Since 1922, Ezaki Glico Co., Ltd. started in the confectionery business and has been producing original products. In addition to the confectionery business, we are currently involved in the ice cream, dairy, fruit juice / soft drink, Western confectionery, baby formula, processed food, health-related, store, office, e-commerce, and food ingredient businesses.

East Asia

Since its establishment in 1995, Shanghai Ezaki Glico Foods Co., Ltd. has continued to provide the Chinese market with relevant innovations that integrate Chinese food culture with Japanese snacks. The company manufactures and sell Pocky, PRETZ and Pejoy for consumers across the country. In 2016, it entered the e-commerce market to stay ahead of China's rapidly expanding digital economy, and continues to grow both online and offline. Glico - Haitai Co., Ltd. is a joint venture with Haitai Confectionery in Korea to sell Pocky. Glico Taiwan Co,. Ltd. is involved in the development of confectionery, processed food and ice cream business, etc.

Southeast Asia

Glico sees Southeast Asia as a key region in its global expansion, aiming to build brands that are supported by consumers and to grow its business. In 2017, Glico Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., our regional headquarters, was established in Singapore, and we've been accelerating our efforts in the region ever since. Glico has been doing business in Thailand for over 50 years, locally manufacturing and selling snacks like Pocky and PRETZ. In 2023, we launched full-scale operations at our new factory, Glico Manufacturing Indonesia, alongside our sales company in Indonesia. We also have sales companies that oversee marketing and sales activities in Malaysia, the Philippines and Vietnam. In recent years, we have also expanded our portfolio beyond confectionery to include beverages such as Almond Koka, starting from Thailand and gradually reaching other countries in the region. In Vietnam, we are also offering infant milk, and our business in Indonesia includes ice cream products.

North America

Ezaki Glico USA Corporation deals with the sales of Pocky and PRETZ. Glico Canada Corporation also handles other food products such as Glico Curry. In 2018 we acquired TCHO Ventures, Inc. that is also actively involved with sales and manufacturing of chocolate confectionery.

Europe

General Biscuit Glico France S.A. is a joint company with General Biscuit, sells MIKADO - the European version of Pocky.
