Announcement on Incorporation of ASEAN Regional Headquarters

Ezaki Glico Co., Ltd (Tokyo: 2206; the “Company”) hereby announces that at its board meeting of today, a resolution was made for incorporating a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore which is to function as the regional headquarters of the business in the ASEAN region.
