E-commerce Specialist is responsible for implementing effective e-commerce growth strategies including identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities. Manage and maintain e-commerce enablers and platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management and enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, media and customer service.

Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience to manage E-comm channel in FMCG companies with a proven track record of sales achievements and new initiatives to grow E-comm channel.
  • Clear understanding of ecosystems for e-commerce journeys and all shopping platforms including tools & technologies for back-end operation like pick & pack operation, payment gateways and order management systems. Plus, good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
