From product launch lead to commercial leader
One of Mia’s defining early milestones was leading the launch of Almond Koka in 2023. Being entrusted with such responsibility early in her journey accelerated her development and sharpened her commercial instincts. Cross-functional collaboration gave her a broader understanding of how planning, operations, and market execution come together to deliver results.
Through mentorship and hands-on experience, she built the resilience and strategic confidence that would later support her transition from Sales Manager to Sales Head.
