From early on, Putri was entrusted with responsibilities that stretched her capabilities, including leading investigations and working across Production, Engineering, and Planning teams. One defining experience involved navigating a complex quality challenge within the chocolate processing workflow.
While the issue originated upstream, her team focused on reinforcing internal controls to safeguard production without compromising safety or quality. By reviewing processes, tightening controls, and refining handling flows, they delivered practical solutions that balanced operational demands with Glico’s unwavering commitment to quality. For Putri, being trusted to contribute meaningfully as a relatively new team member affirmed both her technical capability and leadership potential.
