Glico Nutrition will participate as an exhibitor at “ifia/HFE JAPAN 2017” held at Tokyo Big Sight from May 24th to 26th in Tokyo, Japan.
Your visit to the booth would be highly appreciated.

The booth of “Food Ingredients”
The booth of food ingredients is presenting various food ingredient products, such as GMIX™, and natural color.
At the GMIX™, section, a range of applications using GMIX™,, such as processed meat and seafood products (Surimi), yogurt, and filling/cream, will be offered. Also, the new series of GMIX™, that incorporate pregelatinized starch at the GMIX™, section will be promoted.
At the natural color section, a number of variations of green color, and some natural color products that have resistance to light, acid, salt and so on, will be promoted.

The booth of “Fine Chemicals”
The booth of fine chemicals is presenting new product “PapriX™,” which is manufactured from sweet red paprika. PapriX™, is composed of 7 kinds of xanthophylls with high antioxidant activity. At the booth, the basic properties of PapriX™, and three basic studies focused on 1) improvement of exercise performance, 2) anti-obesity effect, and 3) anti-UV effect, will be promoted. The booth seminar about PapriX™, will be performed as following schedules:
