Job Responsibility

  • Create sales forecast & promotion planning with cost ratio by quartal
  • Review sales achievement periodically
  • Review promotion implementation result
  • Market situation analysis for account sales strategy
  • Well maintain Glico PLU active nationally specially Jabodetabek area
  • Solving problem for any issues related with accounts (Vendor | product NA| incorrect price etc)
  • Buffer stock monitoring
  • Well maintain trading term with maksimum benefit
  • Monitoring & maintain the budget efficiently and effectively
  • Settle all the issues of trading term claims accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales

Qualifications

  • Min Experience 2 years as a Area Sales Manager (FMCG more preferable)
  • Fluent in English
  • Have a strong analytical and negotiation skill
  • Have a capability on managerial
  • Good in presentation and appearance
  • Sales achievement goal mainded
  • Able to work under pressure and working as a team
  • Sarjana Degree (S1)
